  1. Everyting is OOC, about what happened in the previous year: I want to mildly object to the business of seamlessly handing over cities to other players as it is not part of the list of possible actions during an actions phase. Mostly this is to give me at least a fighting chance, since the rules of the game make fighting them in this way impossble, united they are way stronger than separate.
Now I do recognize that it should be an option (as it is an option in civilization 5) to hand over cities. However it should not be so easy, maybe the regular cities will hand themselves over that simply but the monumental cities would not, I think. Make them demolish/alter their monuments/churches over 1-2 years and then hand themselves over. Also due to the nations becoming one, trade should no longer be an option. I know you kept your capital Equestria and I respect that, but what do you have left that is worthwile trading?
You are of course free to disregard my opinion here, but all I ask for is a fighting chance.
Also something seems to be off about capital combat: Military assaults have to fight against 4x the defenders strength while during Cultural assaults the attackers receive 4x their normal strength. I believe those should be the same.

    1. Perhaps it would require EP to hand over cities?

    2. - You make a valid point. Monumental cities should revert to regular. I'll make the change right away.
      - You also trade with Lienzo, which only consists of 1 city. As long as the nation exists, you can trade with it. This is just a simplification of a complex (fantastical) reality.
      - You are right, the rule should say power of defender is multiplied by 4.

  2. touché on the one city point, Lejon.
Hm, an EP cost of 20 would sound logical: 10 to deconstruct a city and 10 to rebuild it for someone? Or something like that.

    1. I told you it wouldn't make sense to disallow trade just because I have fewer cities.
